Briarcliff is special because it is being designed to emulate the older neighborhood character and scale of the grand Magnolia homes built in the early 20th century.
Our goal is to create a community that blends in and enhances the existing neighborhood nearby. Briarcliff stresses a walkable scale, by using street and lot widths consistent with that of the surrounding neighborhood.
Most garages have been moved to the rear of the homes, placing the design emphasis on a human interaction, rather than on the car. Individual new home designs will be kept in scale with varied roof lines and angles that reflect the classic design of Magnolia's most sought after neighborhoods. Variation of lot sizes also will allow a greater variety of home designs creating a unique, custom feel for Briarcliff.
